Academia must be teeming with these vermin. You have done a great service to our country, plain and simple.

That the mainstream media didn't pick up on it means they don't take these things seriously, whether you write a 'blog' (funny) or a column.

Thank you! I'm going to keep track of your work. Maybe you'll need more help the next time a psycho pops up again. I guess when you want something done and done right you have to take action yourself. Well done.

Perhaps you should spend some time in the Mideast and see how these animals you so desperately want to afford legal rights to do to their enemies (you or me). They will turn people like you into a grease spot on the ground and not think twice about it. You probably think you’d be immune to their brand of evil. How about you try to migrate to any of these places and be accused of a crime? If you’re lucky you’ll be imprisoned forever without a trial and that just because you’re American – I cringe at the thought of you being an American, by the way – an honor you do not deserve. You should read something other than Newsweek and you could track down The Heritage Foundation online and drop them a nice donation. They will gladly mail you a...

By bringing them to the U.S. that will reinforce their hatred of Americans, our culture and history and encourage recruitment. Once other punk terrorists and wannabes see that it’s open house on our judicial system we will see just how innocent they are. Michelle pointed out the case of the stinking wench Siddiqi, who has been painted in the media as a victim in spite of her professional and familial connections to Al Qaeda and given her a forum for her extremist ideas. This business of her demanding that Jews not serve in her jury is a symbol of what’s to come. The rules will be adjusted for their every whim while American heroes like the US Navy Seals being tried in Iraq, who are being treated like hardened criminals, are being made...

There was no right to habeas corpus for these enemy combatants until 2008 when the Supreme Court suddenly saw it differently and a majority deemed that because the U.S. runs GITMO then these legal rights could be extended to prisoners. Let me clarify these concepts for you.
I like the fact that you looked up some talking points to support your post – not an educated opinion – online maybe a few minutes before logging in, right? The use of ‘phrases like ‘man-made disasters’ – were you talking about global warming? – and ‘our adversaries’ are clear examples of your ignorance. Those innocent until proven guilty prisoners’ as you call them are the enemy, don’t call them adversaries like it’s a table tennis match. These people want to...

So, let me get this straight, honestlib (ha ha, really?) and you even provided us with your email address.

You can find nice lib singles on match.com. This is not the place for that. ;o)

The amazing thing is that the intellectually enfeeble like yourself can freely express such ignorance of the Constitution by affording foreign nationals undue rights is indeed magnificent. There is nothing intricate about the U.S. Constitution, it is very specific and direct and does NOT include rights to foreign nationals.
