Well, he should be, but moochers run on the stupid side.
Wow, I'm impressed, someone who still believes in Keynesianism! Do you really think we can borrow and print our way to prosperity? Demand side economics, AKA Keynesian was utterly refuted over 75 years ago - “Henry Hazlitt did the seemingly impossible, something that was and is a magnificent service to all people everywhere. He wrote a line-by-line commentary and refutation of one of the most destructive, fallacious, and convoluted books of the century. The target here is John Maynard Keynes’s General Theory, the book that appeared in 1936 and swept all before it.." This ignorance of basic economics is one reason for my sig: Atlas Shrugged was supposed to be a warning, NOT a newspaper!

The 'Large Purpose' of Romney-Ryan

Uh, no - the collectivists concentration actually works AGAINST them. This is not unexpected, its exactly how the electoral college is supposed to work - it empowers small states. "We argue that in a two-party system, substantial electoral bias can also emerge without intentional gerrymandering when one party’s voters are more geographically concentrated than the other party’s voters. We show that many states experience such electoral bias against the Democrats, whose voters are concentrated in large cities and smaller 19th century industrial agglomerations. So, Buchanan has no faith in the American People. If he is right, this country is over and the best hope for freedom is over. If he is right, then there is nothing to look forward to but endless totalitarian states. He is, of course, utterly wrong. I would suggest that Town Hall drop Buchanan. We do not need endless pessimism here, we can go to http://www.regressiveantidote.net for that! I'm optimistic enough that I'm hoping to retire my sig: Atlas Shrugged was supposed to be a warning, NOT a newspaper!
I always refer to him as the little zero - there's nothing big about him but his ego and his mouth! AND he certainly can't complain about being called a zero - its his own bloody logo!

Apple (AAPL) is Different This Time

mcsandberg Wrote: Apr 27, 2012 9:41 AM
This time it actually IS different. For the very 1st time, the largest company in the world leads in only one of the markets its in - iPods and its own iPhones have been cannibalizing them. For the very 1st time the largest company is actually a minor player in the largest markets in the world. And, finally, for the 1st time a company is perfectly willing to cannibalize its own products before anyone else can. Finally, and most telling, Apple's PE is only 14.6! That's correct, the market is seriously undervaluing them, the earnings are THERE. When Cisco became the most valuable company, its PE was over 100. As for myself, I bought AAPL at less than $20. I plan to hold it until the fundamentals change.
