Chicago Teacher Strike is Not For the Children

In Chicago? Well, I'll be doggone. Maybe these lunatic communists expect OsamaObama to come to their rescue, ya think? Best way to teach Chicagoland kids is with totally inept and unqualified teachers. How dare anyone expect to fire any of those dues paying useful idiots. All government union dues money should be banned from the political process. No one should ever be forced to be in a union or be forced to pay dues. It is nothing less than extortion.
On Monday, Chicago’s 26,000 public school teachers walked out of the classroom and, after a quick stop at Target for red T-shirts, assembled in the Windy City’s downtown Loop to make this crucial point: It’s not about the children. It’s about us.

But this can’t be true!

The motives of teachers unions are always pure and can never be questioned. Unlike other “workers,” teachers are professionals who are never out for themselves. Everything they do is for the children.

Thanks to the Chicago teachers strike, this myth may finally be busted. It’s all too clear...
