no,no,no shame on his horrible policy that is killing and maiming our young people....it is so easy to lead from afar.....this man is not a good soldier ,just because he is a general doesn't make him an effective leader...you can not wrap your arms around an enemy that wants to kill you..no matter what...not to mention that horrible attack on our base in afganistan that resulted in the worst damage since viet nam how many jets were destroyed,how many hangers were destroyed,how many of our men were wounded and killed...and yet very little of this disaster was even in the news...how shameful...

Was David Petraeus as great a general as the write-ups of his downfall routinely claim? This is a provocative question that I will begin to answer with another question: Did America prevail in the Iraq War? I suspect few would say "yes" and believe it, which is no reflection on the valor and sacrifice of the American and allied troops who fought there.
