when he asked what he was being arrested for the cop said for resisting arrest . how the hell dose that work ? he was not under arrest but he got arrested for resisting arrest .WTF .they then charged him for resisting .and then lowered it to an even lesser charge .so what was he arrested for in the first place .he needs to sue ,they did not ask for his gun .there are a lot of good cops out there but this one was not one of them know the law befor you try to make it up as you go ,and the SGT should have been able to fix it and make it right but he too was useless
