Just make the schools responsible for repayment (that is make them the student loan lender) and they will be forced to consider the sanity of giving a young person $200,000 to major in 'I hate America studies.'

Women's groups deplore gender stereotypes, unless, aparently, it benefits them.
Incomes at the top have grown so exponentially because executives can access global markets while those at the bottom must compete with $5/day wages in Asia. Moreover, "total entitlement payouts on a real per capita basis have been growing twice as fast as per capita income over the past twenty years"1 The solution of taxing those at the top to pay off those who wont develop their skills is unsustainable in the long run-A better solution would be to deal with currency manipulation -which could create 2million jobs and lower trade deficit by up to $300 M according to the Peterson Institut 1Eberstadt, Nicholas (2012-10-10). Bankrupt State University

A solution to the tuition problem would be to simply grant to the Universities for student tuition and fees and put Universities on the hook for repayment. They will think twice about lending $100,000 to a poorly qualified student to study in a field with limited employment prospects and will be forced to cut their own costs finally. When they come up short, they will be forced to cut into their endowment.

When I graduated with a Masters from Michigan I was told by a consultant group (who was helping teach a class) that they would love to hire me and another student, but couldn't because they would lose contracts with UofM due to its quota requirement for contractors regarding women and minorities. I believe the University should assist its graduates in finding employment, not discriminate against them on the basis of race and gender. The institution is run by immoral people. No American of moral conscious should support them.

Detroit is a ghost town too that is unable to connect the dots.
Reserve status needs to be earned and the manipulation of the RMB for over a decade puts one's fate at the hands of Party officials and their in-fighting. As a side, a lot of US debt has been purchased with printed RMB (used to purchase dollars coming into China through its exporters) and this has greatly contributed to the destabilized global economy and financial crisis.
That's what Dems do. Consider that it used to be illegal to give someone a job for a vote, with affirmative action, its a job preference.
