I probably should be more specific. By "something" I don't necessarily mean an air strike or some other dramatic gesture. Maybe blocking his spam again will do the trick -- for five minutes or so. Thanks.

I think the air strike idea has merit, Matt. Perhaps a Hellfire missile from a drone instead. Ray-loves-to-grab-his-ankles-in-prison-showers is truly a miserable excuse for a human being.
