Police departments now regularly "dissappear" crimes to hide the true numbers of them that occur. Police departments are regularly LYING about the stats to make themselves look better and to avoid being labels racists (because nonwhite crime is so high). Nonwhite crime is through the roof and that is why blacks, in particular, don't have lawful access to guns. They lose the privilege. And because blacks are so unbelievably irresponsible with guns, they would that responsible people are punished for it.
