Fact is majority of Americans got duped into voting for Obama because of the tedious slaughter of Bush in the mainstream media. This caused nearly all moderates to vote for the left. Now that the curtain has been lifted and people are seeing who Obama really is, their is significant potential for things to swing the other way in 2010. Maybe you should check out the most recent gallup polls...

This article could not be any more dead on. the best remedy to depression or anxiety is to extend your hand to others who are in pain.

Several weeks ago I was feeling depressed. Due to the economic slowdown I'm having financial issues which turned into relationship issues... long story short on a day I was feeling particularly awful I got a call from a friend. It was bad news. He called to inform me that a good college friend of mine's father had passed unexpectedly from complications during a heart surgery.

My friend being only 23 was devastated. I had to pick up the phone and make for a difficult conversation. After a deep, but relatively brief conversation I hung up the phone. To my surprise I felt much, much better....

But not ok for Obama or Congress. When Obama was asked "MR. PRESIDENT WILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GIVE UP YOUR CURRENT HEALTH CARE
PROGRAM AND JOIN THE NEW "UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAM?" by an ABC anchor, he ducked, dodged, and never answered the question...

In Ted Kennedy's health care reform bill... guess who's exempt from having to use the socialized healthcare plan... ya... congress.

Not conservatism. Conservatists realize that some government is necessary in order to fight against immorality. IE: drug dealing, pornography, ect.

Libertarians see no problem in drug dealing, pornography etc in free market capitalism, but conservatives - people with a moral compass - do.

I work, eat, sleep, work some more, and pay my bills. I pay my taxes. I obey the laws. I am a citizen of the US of America. What makes this President think that he has the right to steal from hard working citizens?

The top 10 percent of earners last year paid 40% of the taxes. The top 40% paid 99.6% of the taxes. These people are already paying their fair share. Creating a public option or a single payer tax system is nothing more than thievary. If the President wants any support on any type of health care reform he better get over the notion that the rich are going to fit the bill.
