That is simply factually incorrect. They have demanded the right to enrich to 20 percent. It is also the case according to the most reliable experts that they have the capacity to build three to four bombs already and have the missiles to carry them. As to risking annihilation, while it sounds strange to Western rational minds, the Iranian leadership believes in its own end-of-days scenario. They are expecting the arrival of the "Hidden Imam." For that to happen the Jews must be eradicated (a factor that seems to unite a great many crazies). The worry about Iran is the sanity of its leadership. Religous fanaticism is the wild card here.
