We could take 100% of their money and it wouldn't make a dent in the deficit. Raising taxes is notnthe solution. Cutting spending is a good start.

They do. There was a stat out awhile ago that said if all the Bill Gates types gave their entire wealth to the IRS, it would run the government for a total of 18 days.

In his speech Biden says:
