Respectfully disagree. Many do not take those jobs off the books, they take legitimate jobs that many do not want. Billions wired to "their countries"? First, they are not making billions in these jobs, second, most have no desire to move back to their country. Geez, they came here to make a life and give their children an opportunity to succeed. Since you don't know me, your decision that I don't know many Hispanics is devoid of any factual basis and puzzling to me how you could make such a statement?
