The truth is Romney's comment was too easily extended to those on social security, veterans who use their earned entitlements, and the disabled who need their legal gov assistance. The truth is always the right course, but you must be definitive in your assertions. Romney was clumsy and payed for it. He fed into the liberal narrative that The Obama campaign painted.
