Narcissism and Your Family

I enjoyed this article and think that the writer is correct in the assessment that today's children are indulged and pampered. Though they are given everything, they are noticeably lacking in an attitude of gratitude. I can only wonder what will happen when these parents launch their self-obsessed children into the difficult economy and job market of the future. It will come as quite a shock that potential employers won't find these unstudious children with their surly attitudes as delightful as their parents! The only redeeming thing is that these parents will be stuck with these children, whom they view as "best friends" anyway, long into their unproductive adulthood!
