Staying Sane When You Can't Quit

I am in almost the same situation as D.S. I am in a thankless job with a crummy boss who must have high blood pressure just from yelling at us for the dumbest reasons. I am just waiting for something else to come up before my blood pressure goes sky high, too. He does many weird things like hiding near the time clock to see if we punch in before we take off our coats and put them in the locker room or afterward. He is just a jerk. Thanks for letting me vent and for the tips on handling childish bosses. Is there a stupid category? -- because I think he would fit there, too.
