I, too, am all for people standing up for what they believe in all aspects of life, regardless of the "legality" of standing up and speaking out, so long as the action and/or words falls in line and in obedience to the Word of God. This article, however, pretends to be an opinion piece, while in reality is nothing more than an ad for a DVD product. Mr. Barber, please give useful information in your "columns", not a sales pitch. With this type of deception, I would hope this becomes your last article that people may read. I know I won't read your "column" anymore.

The reference to the DVD composed what percentage of the entire article? 10% or less?

The DVD also is further information concerning this topic.

Finally to correct John 5840, there is a suggested donation, not a sales price. If profit was the motive, there would be listed pirce not a suggested donation.

Getting rich is the new Christian ideal.

Who can do more to help the poor? A rich person or somebody living paycheck to paycheck? Being rich is not a sin, how you deal with your wealth can be.

Who are you to judge, Johnnyhouse?
John5840 Wrote: Aug 13, 2012 3:57 PM
JUdge? I am not judging, I am just looking at the lifestyles and messages of the Christian prosperity pimps and describing waht I see.
wmou Wrote: Aug 13, 2012 4:03 PM
The prosperity pimps are either totally confused or they are charletons teaching another Gospel.
John5840 Wrote: Aug 13, 2012 4:07 PM
Nope, they are the fastest growing segment of teh CHristian community.

John5840- Be man enough to claim it--you are judging others.

"they are the fastest growing segment of teh CHristian community. "

Yes , Jesus warned us about such people. Wolves in sheeps clothing who are deceiving millions.. Their teachings are blasphemous.

I definitely do. NO problem admitting that. I do not feel obligateed to pretend that ignorant people are anything less than ignorant. In this case however, judgment is not necessary. If you can look at the lifestyles of the prosperity pimps like Joel OSteen wihtout being appalled, then the basci idea of CHrisianity has eluded you.

With the exception of one column previously penned, I pray this becomes my most widely read to date.

The secular left has mastered use of the Internet to further its extremist goals. In fact, President Obama’s web-based “Organizing for America” propaganda machine may have given him the 2008 election.

Let’s beat them at their own game.

To that end, I have a strange request. I’m asking each God-fearing, freedom-loving American who reads this column to forward it, post it, tweet it, print it out and give it to every pastor, priest or cleric you know. If you don’t know any,...
