This was the Republican Party mantra under the Evil Bush and Satanic Cheney regime. Of course I go too far in the characterization, but it fits in a general sense. So Ann why do you deserve quality healthcare over a guy with 3 children, a wife and a non-union factory job? Because you are an acerbic spindly legged dumb blond that no one would fark with a clean conscience? Or are you just better than every one else?
