Just yesterday I got caught up in this very topic. My main use of facebook is to see pictures of my grandchildren. Yesterday I saw a post from an old high school friend (who happens to be black) had the picture of Jan Brewer and President Obama with a huffpo link. His comment was something to the effect that she was putting it to the "colored man," I had to comment and not wanting to get into an ideological debate only pointed out that he should consider there is more than one side to this issue that doesn't have anything to do with race and the people who can out attacking me, some of my favorites was someone saying of course it's because of race and another that linked to a site of 10 examples of Republican candidates bringing up race...

I don't know why I keep reading John Ransom columns with all the mistakes he makes such as claiming that the President is taking a two-week vacation when it's been clearly reported that it's going to be 17 days in Hawaii. The rest of the stuff he completely nailed. I had originally predicted that someone would "fall on the sword" for fast and furious the day before Thanksgiving so will it be December 23.
