Green Monster

A lot of the "green" movement is driven by environmental "non profits", which are very very profitable indeed. Not only do they raise millions of non taxable dollars from gullible tax payers, they harvest more government tax free grants and awards of tax payer dollars for this that and the other. For a little desert they file constant lawsuits against the government and individuals. Those costs are never published and revealed. Their most hated targets seem to be the food and energy producers for some reason.

A Problem Bigger than Ferguson

Arrest them in masses, then instead of fines or jail, put them to work rebuilding what they destroyed.

Facts vs. Visions

Absolutely on the money....as usual. I was horrified last night at interviews on the street when people being interviewed insisted that the policeman should NOT be given a trial in a court of law, just declared guilty.
Amen! Add he is responsible for triggering those thugs just waiting to loot and steal, and destroy what others have worked for.
Forgotten in all of this is the fact NONE of this would have happened I he had not been a thief, strong arm robbed a store of essentials like expensive cigars, roughed up a tiny owner, then decided to stroll down the middle of the street to show off. He had been so successful at scaring the little store keeper that he evidently decided to show a small cop who was boss. Now an entire town has been destroyed by looters who belong in jail.....and now this thief is being eulogized and given presidential attention.

First Step for Ferguson

First of all if we go back to the beginning, remember the "victim" had just robbed a store using his size to bully & intimidate the owner. There is every reason to believe he may well have decided to bully and attack the policeman to keep from being arrested for his crime, which he knew about, whether the cop did or not, he told them to get out of the street. Even if rioting were ever the answer, halfway responsible people would have waited until they KNEW the circumstances about the shooting....and we still don't know that.
Boy have we ever wandered far from those ideas.

Let’s Privatize Medicare

I am not sure what Medicare Advantage is. When I turned 65 I kept my private BC/BS plan and pay the same premiums as if I were younger and still working. Yet for whatever reason (fund raising from insurance companies?) Medicare si the primary payer of 80% and BC/BS only pays 20% of the bill, and it is still based on a lower payment to the doctor that what BC/BS allows for non Medicare folks. This rips off the doctors, the patient, and the American taxpayer.
I suspect the young man had bullied and stolen before, he was so casual about it on the video that it sure doesn't look like a first attempt. Sadly this making excuses for black violence is making it more acceptable to those who do it and more likely for it to keep occurring. Responsible blacks need to step up to the plate and speak out and try to do something about it.

The Media and the Mob

Actually Brown did steal from the much smaller store owner and roughed him up....on video. Then he beat up the cop, but people are supposed to just take it and shut up?

Now we are learning that the cop had already been badly beaten by this thug and he was coming at him again. The gun was his only defense, and he certainly needed to use it effectively.....which he did.
