I remember questioning one of my son's teachers because he only voiced his political views in the classroom. I told him I thought the job of a teacher was to teach their students to use their brains. To get both sides of an argument and determine which was right and which was wrong. He didn't want to discuss it. Evidently you can't question anything anymore. We are a nation of sheep. So extremely sad!

'Saving' the Housing Market

If you ever watched HGTV pay attention to how young the people are that are trying to buy a house. Not one of those couples will "settle" for what they can afford. They want new, large, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, walk in closets etc. They will not settle for less. They just got married and have a dog. "We need more room", they say. For what? We bought our first home when we were 35. We had exactly two full rooms of furniture and slowly acquired the rest. We didn't expect anything and we weren't disappointed. We were thankful for our home. We're a nation of spoiled brats. Thank you very much government intervention!

Farewell to Space

So much for celebrating our achievements in space. Now B. Hussain wants to somehow find a way to share this achievement with muslims? Excuse me, but unless while shooting through space you run into the hundreds of thousands of virgins that all of the terrorists happen to think they'll meet...I have no idea what muslims have to do with our space program. I think, perhaps, we should look further into our "leaders" birth. A truly "American born" President would not have said such a thing!

What Was Obamacare Really About?

Absolutely 100% correct! I'm hoping that those brave states that are taking this bill to court because of its unconstitutionality will win and the bill will be thrown out along with all of the Senators and Congressmen who voted for it!
