Media Mediums and Obama’s Soft Patch

If you divide the number of jobs "created" by the number of towns and cities in the United States, the administration is creating about 1 job per municipality per month. If you add in the number of people entering the job market (this is the month when all those graduates from college are dumped into the system, the results are actually negative--way, way negative. The published job numbers are "adjusted" each month after the public as received their "jobs created" wafer from high priest Obama. Somehow the Major Media never gets around to touting the adjusted figures. Boy are we dumb.

The administration is not "creating" jobs. It would be difficult to argue that the administration is doing anything but raising barriers to job creation.

Higher taxes, Obamacare uncertainties, inflationary monetarist actions, AWOL immigration policies, IRS corruption, etc. all serve to damp enthusiasm for expanding business operations. What's ridiculous is that any economist not emotionally steeped in liberal ideology could have predicted this outcome of amateur governance.

Today's uptick in unemployment rate is just another sign of the basic problem.

The regime produces jobs the way alchemists produce gold, by smoke and mirrors and the smokescreen provided by the willing stenographers in the “media”.

The administration "creates" jobs by taking money out of the private sector - i.e. the sector producing goods and services that consumers voluntarily pay for - and then (a) hiring people to work as federal employees, or (b) passing the money to another government entity to create other government jobs, or (c) passing the money to politically favored activities, such as green energy.

Many of us think that is not efficient, or fair.
