Carrying a green card is a fed law over 40 years old and all green card carriers are told to carry it at all times.

If they were not going to follow the law while stretching their hand to grab ahold of their brand new green card they should refuse it instead of whining about it now like you are.

FYI, my parents are also green card carriers (from Mexico). So don't spew your racist whiney bs to me. Follow the law regardless of race or color.
