Rubio, for all his charisma, energy and obvious conservative bonafides, is not constitutionally eligible for President or VP. If Romney chooses him as VP he will LOSE THE TEA PARTY, CONSERVATIVES, CONSTITUTIONALISTS. This is a serious issue with Obama, McCain, and Romney and his father - it still matters to those of us in the "flyover country" and should be taken seriously.

As Dan mentioned earlier, ABC News' report that the Romney campaign is not even vetting Sen. Marco Rubio as a possible running mate is raising more than a few eyebrows.  Here's the nut of the Jonathan Karl's exclusive:
