Daniel, great column. Thanks for explaining how this can work and what is wrong with the few controls we in America have. The Swiss have always been known to be frugal and now we know in part why. It is unlikely Obama would have anything to do with this, but hopefully enough republicans and sane democrats will. It seems this would fit in nicely with cutting several agencies as well as earmarks and hopefully give back to the states funds that they need to decide what to do with.
