I have to ask...what is the legal way to begin public discourse on potentially unconstitutional (definitely beyond initial-scope) tracking/storing/analyzing of data on innocent citizens when the entire operation is classified? How do we get to know about and debate such potential crimes if the entire existence of the criminal activity is classified? I don't accept the answer of "just trust them."

The internal controls and complaint system is a complete washout, as any sentient pundit should be completely aware of at this late a date of the Espoinage Act's recent Obama admin usages.
I guess the pundits prefer to remain personally broad stroked dumb as rock drooling statist psycho, because knowing any details "is hard work and boringand might take an hour or two " when a smarmy put down or three and some flag wrapping is so much easier and comes flowing out from their unexamined subconscious and "extensive but absolutely vague experience".
I should go over the entire article and see if this waste of a column has a single interesting fact in it.
