not really,since she had RETREATED to her ATTIC. she was out of options.
She also had her children there.
I can't see any jury convicting her,and it's even hard to imagine a judge that would.

Your law needs changing. It's unconstitutional; punishing someone for exercising the right of self defense by using firearms is infringing on her right to keep and bear arms.

You are talking about Massachusetts here. They would reserve a cell in jail for the gun. Then punish the home owner and probably accuse the kids of aiding and abetting. What a mess of liberal fools.
