We are often reminded just how "Great & Succinct" our Constitution is. Our congressmen are probably intelligent enough to write a succinct bill, but then it would be difficult to hide unpopular agendas. How many pages should comprise a new bill in Congress. Certainly not 1000. Let all unrelated proposals be judged on their own merit. Why is the Health bill handing out money to various community groups and scholarships?
