Dear Republican Congress, Give Obama and His Boys Everything They Want

The ruse is: Obama claims to want to raise taxes on the "rich" so that Republicans will oppose and be branded shill for the rich. Obama will demagogue the issue until a compromise is struck - one that will not solve anything. Republicans will be blamed for demanding too much in the compromise - lose:lose. Give him exactly what he claims to be his mandate and let taxes be raised on the "rich." He will back away because even Obama knows that 16 days worth of added revenue is useless in view of the massive debt he has incurred. Stuff it down his throat.
