Mr. Towery,

Are you even a conservative? Where are your principles if you are? Do you support "moderates" like Crist because it gives the party the "best" chance to win?

It was "moderates" like you that got us into this mess to begin with. Follow the Constitution and stop trying to redefine what conservatism means. It means follow the Constitution word for word.

I am tired of seeing the likes of Mel Martinez, Susan Collins, Olympia Snowe, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Charlie Crist, and the list goes on.

We constitutionalists need to reclaim our rightful place as the standard bearers for the Republican party. The tent is inclusive to all conservatives, libertarians and the like who first and foremost adhere to the Constitution in all matters, not just in lip service as do most of the Democrats and Republicans.

That means you Tim Pawlenty, Colin Powell and all you other "conservatives" who believe that the only way we will win is by making the tent bigger. Principles first. Beware of Pawlenty...
