Why is it your side always ignores the fact that NCLB was written by Ted Kennedy? He demanded charge of education policy and GWB "walked across the aisle" and gave it to him. But, john, Congress voted for the Iraq war which is the constitutionally mandated path. The birth control foreign aid is the very sort of unconstitutional action the liberals continue to cram down our throats. If there is a war with Iran without the constitutional approval of Congress, that will be crammed down your throat by the liberals who are currently in charge of the military. Please try again.
