No need to get your panties in such a twist, it will shut off your circulation, and you won't be able to recognize the difference between "Love or Hate thy neighbor as thyself", and your blood pressure might run off the charts. Try getting a grip on yourself, calm is the best medicine when you have the urge to hit someone with your purse.
