I'll tell you what i wouldn't do,i wouldn't collectively punish a civilian population.I wouldn't do something that i knew would not work because i couldn't think of anything else to do. I would recognised the Palestinian people are human beings. The West Bank has recognised Israel,stopped the violence and negotiated what has happened-the occupation remains and the settlements extended. Everybody knows the starting point is the 1967 borders ,mutual swaps ,the right of return,divide Jerusalem,stop house demolishing as a punishment.Abide by International law and U.N resolutions.The blockade is illegal
