I have a hand gun purchased outside the US, therefor no US registration; I'm afraid of getting a "carry permit" because it then would appear in local registries. Hence, I'm criminally liable if caught carrying. By the way, I was shot in another country by gangbangers and am partially paralyzed, so yes, I do want to carry and have experience for a reason to do so.
