I have said the same thing for years -they were sold out by their own people in most cases to the slavers and then brought over on slave ships -I suppose it is so ugly and inconvenient to believe and not so financially sound as most countries in Africa did not have the deep pockets that America did -when in reality Britain had a role to play also -will never be content I am afraid -many still have ax to grind instead of assimilating and prospering in to what ever they wish -sad really -and this administration who could have done so much has done so little to lead when they need it so desperately .Look at the unemployment and murder rate among blacks is horrific compared to others.

I wish Obama and the Democrats could be as passionate about jobs as they are about, say, the contents of Happy Meals. Or the dust from cement factories. Or the habitat of the red-cockaded woodpecker.

While the wizard of DC remains a master of illusion and delusion, focusing everyone’s attention on the man behind the curtain- and his 20 Little Martyrs- the jobless recovery now enters its fifth year with no signs that hiring will be picking up soon.

So instead of worrying about the peckers, I wonder about the 12 million martyrs who remain unemployed. And the 3.6...
