That's true - we have way too many laws. The difference, to me, between State and Federal is that at the State level, we citizens have more control of what our government does. At the federal level we have little to no influence.

That is exactly what obamacare is about too. Force everyone to buy insurance - the money goes out of their pockets into the pockets of the insurance companies. If you listen to the arguments before the Supreme Court, it is spelled out: they want young, healthy people who need little health care to pay premiums - supposedly so the insurance companies will lower the cost of coverage to those with pre-existing conditions. Would it not be less expensive for the taxpayers to simply provide those people with a plan like the one for Medicare recipients who can't afford the Medicare premium to have the premium paid for them through Medicaid - instead of the expense of creating yet another federal bureaucracy ?

The Supreme Court will take care of Obamacare and by extention Romneycare - but - if you check the history of Romneycare, you will find that Romney was governor - but the legislature that actually passed the program was a democrat controlled legislature...much like Obamacare.

There will be a better report now that Obama signed the REPUBLICAN bill to provide relief for private sector small businesses...with tax CUTS. So obvious that he is only bi-partisan in an election year when he needs something to point to that falsely portrays him in a better light...Watch. He will try to take credit for what the REPUBLICANS initiated.
