Wrong! The government doesn't need Apples offshore cash. They can, and do, print all they want.

The Spectator President

It eventually became clear the either Nixon was stupid, or he knew about Watergate. Nobody thought Nixon was stupid. It is becoming clear that either Obama is stupid, or he knew about the IRS, and Bengazi and the gun running to drug dealers in Mexico, etc. . Which?

Back to the Basics of Religious Liberty

Every branch of the Federal Government, including the Judiciary, should read the Constitution. "Congress shall make no law regarding the establishment of a religion or the free exercise thereof." Religion should not be mentioned in any rule or regulation of the Federal Government. You can have a rule against harassment, but not about sharing your religious beliefs. The Judiciary should confine itself to enforcing that prohibition. A church should be just another building in the eyes of government. It is not contaminated for other uses just because religious services are held there.

They lie. I know that. What matters is: Was there gross negligence in protecting the compound? Can you say, "Obama lied, people died"

Deceit in the Boy Scouts

I don't think that sex or sexual preference is an appropriate subject for a boy scout to be discussing in a scout meeting. Don't ask, don't tell. I would not want an avowed homosexual to be leading my little boy into the woods. Why put the child at risk; and,. why subject a man who has expressed a preference for males to temptation. A gay life is not necessarily a happy life. There are major downsides such as high risk of aids, never having children, etc. BSA should not be involved in endorsing the homosexual lifestye. It may be an uncontrollable impulse in some people; but, if it is a choice, it is not a good choice.
US immigration policy should be for the benefit of American citizens. How, exactly, does amnesty benefit Americans? We need to give a limited time work visa to illegals in the United States and place a $3.00 per hour tax on people who employ them. This would let the illegals plan their departure and give employers an incentive to employ American citizens. We don't need to spend billions on a fence. We don't need an army of Homeland Security border patrol agents with 1.5 billion rounds of ammunition. We just need to remove the incentive to come to America.
The key is "knowingly and willingly". He didn't intend to bring a gun to school and his "crime" doesn't fit the definition. He need a lawyer to explain it to the police and administration and threaten to sue if they don't wise up.
When Tim Tebow "came out" as a practicing Christian, there was a knowing sneer and SMH from a lot of fans and the media. We've come a long way, baby. Not necessarily in the right direction.
I'm sure the paper ended, "More research is needed." Only an idiot would say that it wasn't a problem and that no more research was needed. Not that scientists are motivated by things so mundane as money, prestige and research grants,
