I think the most memorable line in Reagan's first inagural address was the last line-"After all, we're Americans"

Saunders works out of San Francisco and does excellent work in opposing the leftists there. I wonder if the environment there affects her, or if she has to occasionally write an anti Republican piece to maintain her credibility

I think that the one thing that impresses me about Palin is that she is the one person who doesn't do politics as usual. What politics as usual as evolved into is what is damaging our country.
This is beyond projecting. He presents no evidence for it.
Remember, it was Krauthammer who criticized Palin. Palin just responded to it.
I'm wondering just exactly where Palin calls Krauthammer an elitist or derides him for his education.
What does it mean if the government goes into default? Doesn't it mean that the government doesn't pay its obligations? So how is not borrowing any more money (which is what not raising the debt limit means) a default? If the government can't borrow any more money it does not affect current bondholders, there is no default on those obligations. The only obligations that would be affected would be current bills and payroll. Since the federal government can print money to pay those obligations there would be no default, but there would be inflation. Consequently, let's not hear any more talk of default(there won't be any), but do let's talk about inflation.

I have an idea. Have the NCAA require that no schools schedule any games for two weeks, say the fist two weeks in November. The NCAA would schedule games for those two weeks after half the season or more was played. Before the season, all the football teams would put in one of two lists, A and B. Then halfway through the season the NCAA would schedule games between teams on the two lists, one being a home game for the A list teams and the other being a home game for the B list teams. They would match them based on their relative rankings on each list. This would give any team more opportunity to earn a spot in a national championship game and reducing controversy about teams being left out even though they were undefeated.
No. Just bcause somebody can't think straight is no reason to insult him.

Over the years I've noticed that those who complain about labels are the ones who can be most easily and accurately labeled.
