I remember from the 94&96 elections. 1) was done because the Clinton Admin and the Dems in congress tried to go against the majority of the public with their version of obamacare. Interesting, had a Republican been so blatant and spend millions of dollars to keep those same records sealed. He would have been eviscerated by the left and 90% of the mainstream press.
