Business people miscalculated the power of default. So many minorities and freeloaders defaulted on the loans last time, the system collapsed causing a need for a bailout to survive. I was in California and sold in 2006 taking more than $500G in equity to buy farmland in the midwest. Then my ex-wife took loans against her equity for investment - she is now more than $330G underwater in her house. No jobs, trillions in equity lost to bad Demacreetin policy and they continue to elect corrupt morons due to name recognition and handouts for votes. This is simply slavery reparations and the American people are so stupid they keep paying for it. Starve any parasite not willing to work and contribute. No I am not a racist, just honest.

Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters has been placed into the position of Ranking Member on the House Financial Services Committee. This is the same committeee that deals with banking matters and more specifically, banking regulation. The problem? Waters was only cleared (which doesn't mean innocent in Washington) of ethics charges in September over allegations she abused bank bailout funds to benefit a bank run by her husband in California. A refresher:
