I see the left is again trying to tar Romney with something sumilar to the Bain Capital brush this time over failure to disclose his investments in Delphi through Elliott Management and his hiding his 2009 taxes. A group of the usual suspects (SEIU, UAW, etc. etc.) has filed an ethics complaint against Romney because he failed to disclose his investments in Delphi. What doesn't come through in any of the stories is how these companies got into the position that made any of this possible. In any case I doubt this will have much impact on the election as it's simply to complex to be reduced to sound-bite journalism.

The Left has caught the vapors or the fantods over a recent Bloomberg News article that suggested Jeep may move some of its manufacturing capacity to China.

From Bloomberg:

Fiat is in “very detailed conversations” with its Chinese partner, Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. (2238), about making Jeeps in the world’s largest auto market, said Mike Manley, chief operating officer of Fiat and Chrysler in Asia. Chrysler hasn’t built Jeeps there since before Fiat took control in 2009.
