Too often do otherwise-conservative proponents of gay "marriage" make the argument that "It doesn't affect me or my marriage." This is true only to the same extent that is for other destructive activities that are "victimless": suicide, drug abuse, self-abuse, gambling addiction, gaming addiction, gluttony, etc. It is, however, not true on at least two points:

1. Codified legal recognition of gay "marriage" will obviously open the door to aggressive values re-programming in all public schools. For any Christian, this should be reason enough to oppose it.

2. Victimless crimes and victimless vices may not directly affect society at large, but the indirect effects are heavy. Consider obesity: we still recognize the right...
If anyone has scientific evidence showing that people are born homosexual, I'd like to see it. I've known two friends who came out of the gay closet and into the socially unacceptable world of being straight again. I've looked into studies of genetically identical twins; the usual case is that none are gay or, less commonly, one is gay. Both being gay is exceedingly rare. Besides the obvious point that a "gay-gene" would be the least evolutionarily positive trait, it simply does not seem to exist.

Is there any evidence supporting to opposition?

Global Warming Is a Religion

I stopped reading after the first paragraph (though, I'll state that I think anthropogenic warming is hogwash). The defining aspect of religion, whatever it is, is certainly not blind acceptance of pronounced doctrine. I'm not sure if Williams is completely ignorant of theology and philosophy or just being hyperbolic, but a gross misstatement is no way to begin an article. I expect this kind of thing from liberals, not rational conservatives.

Is the "Gay" Fix In On Prop 8?

Until now I was unaware of the broadcast-shinnanigans and the effect they had on the witnesses; but I'm not surprised. Anyone else remember what the gayterrorists did to the Mormons in retaliation for the Mormon's standing up for what they believed was right?

It's time for everyone, whatever you think marriage should be, to take a stand against gayterrorism. It has no place in American democracy.

Marriage in Maine: Why We’d Better Fight

I'm not going to argue this time why gay "marriage" is ridiculous. I'd only like to point out that every society that has embraced sodomy, etc. has collapsed not long after. Sodomy, drug abuse, luxuriant living are all signs of a decaying culture.

If gay "marriage" does eventually win out, it will be a temporary win at worst. Look at Europe; the native culture there, now long corrupt, is already being heavily infiltrated by more robust cultures (e.g. Islam). Gay "marriage" can only exist for the brief periods marking the dying days of a society.
