I don't usually comment on these far right web-sites , but thought I'd check this out.
None of the outraged commentators here did obviously, because this "secret section" doesn't exist. There is no Sec. 1310(b)(3), on page 781. Page 781 relates to other issues and there literally is no Sec. 1310.
Got it? He's got you all upset about a section of the bill that he made up! Don't ya think someone else would have discovered this by now!!
When Congress passed ObamaCare in March 2010, then Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Cal.) admitted she didn’t know what was in the bill, but promised constituents and fellow politicians, “We’ll find out what’s in it once we pass it.” Talk about a harbinger of things to come.
And in the two years since the bill’s passage the American people have not only found out what’s in it, they’ve discovered that part of the legislation purposely hides the fact that ObamaCare covers abortions. (This although politicians supporting ObamaCare repeatedly told the American people that abortion would not be covered.)

I find it necessary to point out an error in your comment. There is actually no reference to Sec. 1310(b)(3), on page 781 in Mr. Sears article. He does however mention Section 1303(b)(c) and pages 897, 898.
