Sorry, but there are a lot of religious crazies out there who want a Theocracy government. They would prefer living under their God's laws other than the U.S. Constitution. As a $600,000.00+ earner, I take offense that I would hire fewer people and spend less. I'd be happy to spend $10,000.00-$16,000.00, or whatever, if all of my fellow citizens had access to health insurance. No, the President will not be the loser if the "helath care reform" doesn't pass, it will be the American People.

The house was in full flames when the President took over office, and this decline didn't happen over night. The reality is that we cannot dominate/bully the world anymore; we can't continue to drill baby drill; and we need to creat an economy other than Wall Street and Consumerism. Haven't we learned anything from the past 30 years. And being a $500,000.00+ income earner, I'd be happy to spend extra if all my fellow citizens can have health insurance.

I have to agree with you that our government is not capable of providing health care, unlike the other industrial countries. I'm contnet on letting all expenses and profits from healthcare remain with the current providers.
