ehhh... yeah pretty much. Don't think he's materially any more or less guilty of this than most of his predecessors which is my point. This whole idea of an "imperial" presidency is a complete waste of energy. Suing a sitting President? Why? If he's actually guilty of something, impeach him. Otherwise, focus on winning elections. THAT would lead to policy change.

LOL.... really? Your contribution to society is to condemn Greenpeace? Your life's work is to rebut the fact global warming is real? I am sure that history will redeem your contribution.... snicker...
First you said "agreed", then you said property owners should make this decision. This is insane, I am all for the right to bear arms but the fact that there is actually a debate as to whether they should be allowed in BARS shows that we are just part of a litmus test. Does anyone REALLY want to raise their hands and say that putting weapons in the hands of people who are drinking is a good idea? You may not like government but if bar owners aren't bright enough to answer this question, I wish government does. Enough of the paranoia- you want to fight gun control? Fine. Pretending that this is a legitimate field of battle in that war just makes you look crazy.
I am unclear what the point of this article is... from the title, I had assumed that it tied the ballot measure to an actual impact on the local economy. Not sure why anyone would be surprised that it has been tied up and butchered in the courts. There are ALOT of well-moneyed outside organizations funding both sides of this issue. Doubt we are ever going to learn anything from it other than the fact that lawyers will always get paid.
lol... the Supreme Courts list of mental illnesses what happened to the flag as incredibly stupid button?
