How do you cut rate of growth in Medicare SPENDING without cutting payments to providers; thus, affecting services to seniors? A guaranteed benefit means NOTHING if there are not enough hospitals, physicians, etc. to provide the benefit. As a senior, I know Medicare must be REFORMED for the country's fiscal health--it cannot continue as is. I trust Romney and Ryan to do that.
