Criminals understand that a gun in the hand(s) of a law abiding citizen puts the criminal at risk of losing his/her life or sustaining life threatening injuries if they persist in their attack. This usually causes them (in over 98% of defensive gun uses) to stop and move on to a less dangerous victim, like rrowe993. The law abiding citizen doesn't even have to discharge the firearm to stop the attack. Again, that is the case in over 98% of ALL DGU's in the US. So why don't the law abiding citizens kill the criminals if the law abiding citizens have guns and the guns make it too easy to kill, period. Maybe you're having your period and that is mucking up your thought process. Take a Mydol.

Last week I gave you a look at Senator Diane Feinstein's semi-automatic weapon ban legislation, which includings new restrictions on semi-automatic rifles, handguns and shotguns. The legislation is expected to be introduced today when the 113th Congress begins.

“On the first day of the new Congress, I intend to introduce a bill stopping the sale, transfer, importation and manufacturing of assault weapons as well as large ammunition magazines, strips and drums that hold more than 10 rounds.”

Meanwhile, gun control is at the top...
