Well, that's not totally correct because the wind is always blowing in Texas where much of his investments are. Problem is, those windmills are very expensive and takes too long to recover cost.

You must be referring to areas on the gulf. I have spent lots of time in other areas of Texas when the wind wasn't blowing. I don't believe there's a place on earth where the wind is "always blowing."
