Obama should have pulled our troops out long ago, but didn't. However, when did Obama become president of the middle east? To state that this development is a failure in Obama's mid east policy is to imply that he has some degree of control over what these countries do and how their citizens behave. I'm not willing to make the leap that any American president has that much global power. I think it certainly overstates American power in a way that says more about us as a culture than it does about Obama's failures.

Riots in the Middle East continue to rage as we learn more about the terror attack carried out on the U. S. Embassy that left four dead including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens. Last night on Special Report, columnist Charles Krauthammer described the situation as a meltdown and collapse of President Obama's Middle East policy.
