So Germaine, if the federal government is so strongly needed for damge recovery from Sandy why did one of your favorite liberals, Mayor Bloomberg of New York tell Obama to not come there becuase there was to much work for the city to do? All the feds need to do is provide funds. The hard ground work is done by the states. That's why Katrina was such a disaster. Mayor Nagin and Governor Blanco told Bush they would not need Fedral intervention. Then they both fell on their faces during the so called recovery. And you clueless liberals blamed Bush.

GW Bush listened to the so called elected and got kicked in the teeth. Now Obama is taking advantage of a very vulnerable Gov. Crisite and showing up with OUR MONEY like Santa Clause, when these funds would have been available anyway. Why isn't he pitching in his millions?
