The apostle Paul wrote it clearly and plainly. Have you not read his letter to the Romans?

Deliverance from the just condemnation by God of all of Adam's seed and the imputation of righteousness established by the Lord Jesus Christ was not in connection with fairy tale free-will or the sinner's faith.

Do you even have a clue what this means?

If not, you have no part with Christ.

I am very leery of any man who tries to control another's thinking, but have given over to Jesus as the One. People mocked him, and I wish they would admit that people are unchanged, despite our different culture and education. Christians are warned to expect the same mocking.

Most of America's problems are cultural. Even our economic problems stem from the cultural rejection of personal responsibility and the acceptance of collective responsibility. And none of our problems would be as bad if the church was still shaping the culture instead of merely responding to it. I was reminded of this during my annual holiday trip home to The Woodlands, Texas.
